Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Smiffys Trade account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and include a printout of your RMA confirmation inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized worldwide carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
